Calendars are the most basic organization tool in business. In Real Office Assistant you can create as many calendars as you need. Calendars are commonly created for:
- General Company Events
- Training
- Floor or Opportunity Time
- Open Houses and Caravanning
- Moving van schedules
- Community Events
- More...
Each scheduled event can also be linked to notes relating specifically to that event.
When you create a new calendar, you can determine whether the events require administrator privedges or if events can be added by anyone from the intranet homepage.
