Help Center/Help Desk (Ticket based help tracking system). Please select the help desk categories you want supported on your RealOA Intranet. You can add/delete categories at any time. As a rule of thumb, don't provision a Help Center unless you have a person to assign to the category. Help Center's are shown as a service description and then a description of the service to be expected. Use the spaces at the end to specify a help desk not already in the check box list.
Using the spaces noted below, please enter the corporate colors for your company.

During set-up we can hide default icons from the icon bar and/or add customized icon's to it. If you are not sure about these choices, it is common for the initial set-up to include ALL standard default icon's. In the list below, select the icons you DO NOT want on the icon bar.
To create a Help Center not seen above, highlight/select the text below and replace with the name of the help desk you'd like added and a description of the help service provided.
