We want to thank you for placing your order for Real Office Assistant. Because the set up of your new Real Office Assistant intranet is not "cookie cutter" it requires a call from us to review certain set up information. Because of this we have elected also to collect your credit card information over the phone as well at that time. This page will help you understand the overall process and how long it takes for your company intranet to be set up.

1) Your order information is submitted when you fill in the order form and click the "Submit Order" button:
  • Company and contact information.

​2) Provisioning of your RealOA Intranet:
  • As soon as your order is received it is scheuled for provisioning. Provisioning is done in one to two business days.
  • You will be called within a few hours or as close as possible to the time indicated from your order to confirm your order as well as to review configuration questions.
  • IF for any reason you have not recieved a call AND SPOKEN with us within one business day, please call us at (760) 241-5770

3) Payment
  • Payment is by credit/debit card. We prefer VISA and Mastercard but also accept American Experess and Discover if need be.
  • Credit card information is collected over the phone during the order review.
  • As soon as your initial payment is processed your Real Office Assistant intranet can be delivered.
