CRM system integrated into OfficeSite that allows a customer to manage their prospects as well as see their prospects activity on their OfficeSite website.
ProspectPro:
Email based, "drip marketing" campaign manager that automates the process of keeping prospective clients in your marketing loop.
Documents:
Online document library. Documents save to local computer for use. Admin can set up unlimited number of folders. Folders can be individually password protected.
Calendar:
Calendars are one of the most basic communication tools in a business. For a traditional real estate office we see calendars set up for office meetings, policy update effective dates, training and recruiting events, birthdays, and more. A customer can configure as many calendars as they need.
Links:
We often talk about tools, resources, information, and instructions. The links section allows the admin to post the links to the most important tools and resources all agents in a company should be using.
Roster:
There are two options for the roster.
1) We can automatically link to the roster on the customer's OfficeSite website, or
2) we can leave the standard RealOA roster interface intact. The standard interface allows easier sending of email messages to individuals in the company or group emails in the company. Also, contact information can include more personal information such as home or other contact phone numbers or information.
Email:
This will be configured to link to the customer's BIRDVIEW web mail account unless otherwise requested by the customer.
Forums:
An important part of the RealOA intranet that allows ongoing conversation on any number of topics. Typical uses include discussions on:
1) Office policies and practices
2) Mobile apps and social media
3) Open house practices
4) Used for ongoing discourse with management
5) Effective use of Leadmine and Prospect pro as well as other OfficeSite tools.

Help Center:
Ticket based help desk that helps in creating accountability among various service providers. When an agent submits a help ticket an email is sent to the person or person's responsible for that help category. They have unique credentials to log on and record the correction of whatever the problem or request was.
Local Links:
Proprietary, ad hoc database with links configured for MLS, national, state, county, and city information.
Vendors:
Vendors are a key resource for any Realtor. The vendor section provides a location for important or preferred vendors to be localized on the intranet. NOTE: this section is configured by Intranets-NetsCom.com. Some minor fees may apply. Such fees would be charged once and directly to the customer.
